I’ve spent the last week working on a redesign of my business website. It’s coming together but I am in dire need of a day away from the computer. Plus, I have this insatiable urge to redecorate. And it just so happens that the kiddo’s room needs some style in a major way. A four year old and seven year old, of different genders, sharing a room presents a challenge in this area. Thankfully Ivy decided that she likes blue and yellow as much as pink and has assured me that as long as her clothes can be pink she is cool with that color scheme in her room. So, I’ve got curtains made, two bedspreads to finish, a border to paint and pictures to hang up. Sometimes I just love to unplug, turn up some rockin’ tunes and act like there is a chance in hell that my kids room will stay looking awesome once I’m finished. A girl can dream!
